• visiting the location with the couple and consulting on every detail including layout of the physical space

• compiling the background music program to reflect the couple's musical preferences and provide the appropriate ambiences for the function e.g cocktail mode earlier though to full party mode later
• MCing...Party Pilots will consult closely with and assist the MC in making sure the evening flows perfectly...if there is no MC we will provide that service as well
