When Harry put together her 7 piece jumpin’ LA style Swing band “Harry Deluxe Band”, their showcase was so successful that their second public performance was in “The WaterShed” for the Perth International Arts Festival in 2000. Since then ‘word of mouth’ has given them long residences in the prestigious Burswood International Resort Casino, Burswood WA, as well as the ever popular retro diner style Mustang Bar, Northbridge WA. Their schedule is also very busy with many Jazz and Rock ‘n’ Roll festivals around the city and Metropolitan areas including a performance in front of 10 000 people alongside James Morrison in 2002, and a nomination for “Best Band” on 2001 with the Rock ‘n’ Roll Revival Industry Awards.
Harry’s rockabilly band, Harry Deluxe and the Cap Gun Johnnies are also an extremely popular band especially within the rock ‘n’ roll and rockabilly scene.
