Blues Festival, which drew On The Level
a number of invitations to play at venues
around the state, as well as the launch of their CD, Blues

On The Level front man Dave Gillam’s strong husky
vibrative vocals suits this rockin boogie outfit, it just
seems to get better with every performance. Hot Texan boogie
lickin guitarist Dave " Tex" Bates will keep
you electrified,Jim Awran on Bass & Ian Bones Ironside
on Drums, and with Steve Connolly as dedicated harp player,
On The Level have a depth that some bands aspire to!
On The Level are the end result of a Rick Steele music
work shop, without it, Dave, Steve & Tex would never
have met.
